a. I will leave from there to avoid any involvement
b. I will try to calm them down and nurse/sympathize with the injured one.
c. I will stand and try to find the reasons and cause of the fight.
d. I will get involved and instruct them to stop.
e. I will try to calm them but won’t tolerate if anything comes to me.
f. Why should I be bothered of their fight?
Character of a particular colleague is bad. Everybody is complaining. What will you do?
a. I will not complain and avoid being involved in the discussion.

Your office system is damage by one of your colleague. Manager is planning to punish the whole team. What will you do?

c. I don’t know who did it but then I will like to know who is it and what will happen after that.
d. I will ask others to stand in it as a team and not to let out the name of the person who did it.
