A Talk on Sahayadri Hills by Tushar Kambli

Sahyadri contains numerous trekking hot spots, waterfalls, hill stations and about 463 forts spread all over the state of Maharashtra which makes it of great historical importance.
Forts have been classified into three types:
1)Sthaladurg (Ground Forts - 156),
2)Giridurg (Hill Forts - 225) and
3)Jaldurg (Marine Forts - 71)
However, Shivaji’s contemporary has added one more type Vandurg (Forest forts - 11) to this list.
Hey,even I was not knowing these things, came to know when my friend introduced me to a group called Youngsterz.
