There are many website which give facility to make your own blog. One of the widely use one is blogger.com. For getting such account go to google.com and follow the links show in the below images.
You should have an google account. Sign into the bloggerOn clicking the indicated link in the below image. It will take you through a tour of wat and how to use a blog.
The arrows show the input links like name of the post, Word formatting, image input, video input and even change to regional language.
Below are the option of various customize settings.
The page below shows the setting on how the blog should be displayed. Like post archives where do you want them on the blog. You can drag and place the blocks.
